Overview

• Enabled tasks can run
• Disabled tasks do not run
• Scheduled tasks appear when their time arrives
• A user pause stops new work until resumed

Dashboard controls

The dashboard is the main place to review task settings, start execution, and monitor what Kachilu is doing.

• Use the task list to confirm which tasks are enabled
• Use planned work to see tasks waiting to run
• Use Kachilu Browser to watch browser execution
• Use pause and resume when you need to stop or continue execution

Execution behavior

Kachilu executes tasks from the current workflow and records each external action after it is completed or skipped.

• Tasks are executed only when they are enabled
• Scheduled work is added when the configured time arrives
• A user pause stops new work until resumed
• Completed, skipped, failed, and needs-review results appear in Run history
