Service fees

Solo: USD 19 per month, including 1 workspace.

Growth: USD 49 per month, including 3 workspaces.

Business: USD 129 per month, including 10 workspaces.

Agency: USD 299 per month, including unlimited workspaces.

Fees may differ if a separate plan, campaign, enterprise agreement, or order page specifies different terms.

Displayed prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Free 14-day trial. No card required, unless otherwise stated on the website or order page.

Additional costs

Users are responsible for internet connection fees, communication charges, device costs, operating system costs, External Service fees, Codex or AI service fees if separately charged, and any other costs necessary to use the Service.

Payment timing

For paid subscriptions, the first payment is charged when the paid plan starts. Recurring subscription fees are charged monthly in advance on or around the renewal date until cancellation.

For plan changes, fees are charged according to the subscription terms shown at the time of purchase or plan change.

Service start timing

The Service is available after account creation, required setup, and completion of any required subscription or authorization process. Some features require installation of the desktop application, a supported operating system, a Kachilu account, a Codex account, an internet connection, and connection to relevant External Services.

Supported environments

macOS 14 or later on Apple silicon Macs, M1 or newer, arm64.

64-bit Windows 10 or 11 on Intel or AMD x64 CPUs.

Intel Macs, macOS 13 or earlier, Windows 7 / 8 / 8.1, 32-bit Windows, Windows on ARM, Linux, and virtual or cloud-hosted Mac environments are not supported unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation

Users may cancel a subscription in the app. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Access to paid features generally continues until the end of the then-current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Returns and refunds

Due to the nature of digital services, cancellations, returns, refunds, and prorated refunds are not available after purchase or renewal except where required by law or expressly stated by Kachilu.

Special conditions

Use of the Service is subject to the Kachilu Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Use of External Services, including Codex, social networks, websites, analytics tools, and payment providers, is subject to the terms and policies of those External Services.

The Service does not guarantee delivery, platform acceptance, account safety, lead generation results, recruiting results, sales results, or other business outcomes.
