Getting started with Kachilu.

Follow this visual guide to sign in, connect Codex, create tasks, complete SNS login, generate workflows, and manage execution from the dashboard.

Kachilu sign-in and Codex connection

Complete these setup steps before creating tasks. Kachilu uses your Kachilu account for product access and Codex for strategy and workflow generation.

01Sign in to Kachilu

Start by signing in to your Kachilu account. You can use Google sign-in or the email magic link flow.

  • Use the account you will use to manage tasks and action usage.
  • After Kachilu sign-in, the setup screen moves to Codex connection.

02Connect Codex

Kachilu uses Codex to create strategies, instructions, and workflow plans. Click Connect Codex and finish the browser sign-in.

  • Click Connect Codex on the setup screen.
  • Select the Codex account in the browser window.
  • When connection succeeds, the setup screen shows Connected and the Next button becomes available.

03Choose your Codex account

If the browser asks which account to use, select the account you want Kachilu to connect. Email details are masked in this guide.

  • Use the same account you expect to use for Codex.
  • If the wrong account appears, choose another account and complete sign-in.

Setup complete

04Confirm the connection

After Codex connection is complete, return to Kachilu and continue to task creation.

  • Connected means Kachilu can use Codex for strategy and workflow generation.
  • Click Next to enter the task creation flow.

Create

Create a task and review the AI Strategy

Kachilu creates the execution plan from your selected channels, service URL, generated documents, and task settings.

05Select the task type

Choose the type of work Kachilu should plan. Marketing creates social media and form outreach execution plans.

  • Select Marketing for SNS and form outreach tasks.
  • Direct recruiting is prepared as a separate workflow path.

Step 2

06Choose channels and enter the service URL

Select whether to use SNS, form outreach, or both. Then choose the SNS platforms and enter the service URL that Kachilu should use for strategy generation.

  • SNS and Form outreach can be enabled together.
  • Select the SNS platforms to include in the workflow.
  • Enter the service URL before generating the AI Strategy.

AI Strategy

07Generate the AI Strategy

Kachilu analyzes the service information and selected channels, then creates the strategy and task plan. This usually takes about 2 to 3 minutes.

  • Keep the app open while generation is running.
  • The progress view shows the current generation stage.

08Review the generated strategy and task setup

Kachilu automatically creates the service documents, target audience, marketing strategy, task list, task settings, and execution instructions. Review and adjust them before SNS login.

  • Open Documents to review service information, target audience, and marketing strategy.
  • Use tabs to switch between SNS and form outreach task plans.
  • Disable any task that should not run.

Task instructions

09Edit the execution prompt when needed

Each task runs according to its AI execution instructions. Use Edit when you need to adjust tone, targeting, or task-specific constraints.

  • The instruction prompt controls how each task is executed.
  • Save changes before generating the final workflow.

Volume and schedule

10Set execution volume and recurring schedule

Set how many actions the task should perform per run, and choose whether the task should run on weekdays, daily, or selected weekly days.

  • Execution volume controls actions per run.
  • Schedule controls when tasks are added for execution.
  • Disabled tasks do not run even if a schedule exists.

Step 4

11Complete SNS login

Open each SNS from the SNS login step. Kachilu Browser opens from the lower right, and you complete login inside that browser. After confirming the SNS page is usable, click Login complete.

  • Click Log in for each selected SNS.
  • Complete login, passcode, or identity verification in Kachilu Browser.
  • Click Login complete for every selected SNS before creating the workflow.

Workflow generation

12Wait for the executable workflow

After SNS login is complete, Kachilu generates the executable workflow from the confirmed settings. This preparation usually takes about 2 to 3 minutes.

  • The dashboard becomes available after workflow generation finishes.
  • The generated workflow contains the execution plan used by Kachilu Browser.

Manage

Use the dashboard to run and monitor tasks

The dashboard shows task settings, upcoming work, run history, and Kachilu Browser controls for active execution.

13Start tasks or wait for schedules

Scheduled tasks run automatically when their configured time arrives. If you want to run the created tasks immediately, click Start tasks now.

  • Start tasks now runs the created tasks from top to bottom.
  • Scheduled tasks are added to upcoming work when their time arrives.

Upcoming

14Review upcoming work

The Upcoming tab shows work that is waiting to run. It includes scheduled tasks whose time has arrived and tasks added by Start tasks now.

  • Running means the current task is executing.
  • Waiting means the task is queued and will run later.
  • Use this area to confirm what Kachilu will run next.

Run history

15Review completed actions

Run history shows which SNS or form target was used, which URL was opened, and what action was performed.

  • Use it to audit completed, skipped, failed, and needs-review results.
  • Include the SNS, task name, target URL, and status when asking support for help.

Browser controls

16Pause, resume, skip, or give instructions

Open Kachilu Browser while a task is running to control execution. Pause stops new scheduled work while it is active. Resume continues execution. Skip current task moves to the next task.

  • Use Pause when you want Kachilu to stop running work.
  • Use Resume after you are ready to continue.
  • Use Skip current task when the current task should be skipped.
  • Open Logs and send a chat instruction when you need to guide the AI during execution.

Action count

What counts as an action?

An action is consumed when Kachilu executes one task item, such as a like, reply, post, DM, connection request, follow, or form outreach submission.

Social actions

Likes, replies, follows, connection requests, DMs, and posts.

Form outreach

One form submission attempt for one target company.

Run history

Each completed or skipped external action is shown as a row.

Support details

When contacting support, include SNS, task name, URL, and status.
