Troubleshooting

If the browser looks idle or a task is not running, first check login readiness, pause state, and planned work.

Overview

  • Confirm Kachilu Browser is logged in to the SNS
  • Check whether execution is paused
  • Review the latest Run history status
  • Confirm the task is enabled and scheduled as expected

Browser looks idle

The browser can look idle when execution is waiting, paused, or blocked by login state.

  • Check whether Kachilu Browser is paused
  • Check whether planned work exists
  • Check the latest Run history status
  • Confirm that the SNS page is logged in and usable

Task does not appear

If a task is missing from planned work, start from the task settings.

  • Confirm the task is enabled
  • Confirm the SNS or form task is included in the workflow
  • Confirm the schedule is set correctly
  • Confirm the workflow was generated after the latest settings change
