Scheduled runs

Recurring schedules add work to the execution queue when the configured time arrives.

Overview

  • Schedules apply to future runs
  • SNS login must be ready
  • The task must be enabled
  • Existing planned work should be reviewed separately when schedules change

How schedules are added

Scheduled tasks are added to planned work when the configured time arrives. They do not need to be started manually each time.

  • Set a recurring schedule in the task settings
  • Keep the task enabled
  • Keep SNS login ready
  • Review planned work if a schedule was recently changed

When schedules do not run

If a scheduled task is not appearing or not running, check the task and browser state first.

  • The task may be disabled
  • SNS login may not be ready
  • Execution may be paused by the user
  • The configured time may not have arrived yet
