How SNS login works

Sign in to each SNS inside Kachilu Browser and learn what to do when login or identity verification interrupts a run.

Kachilu Browser has its own session

Kachilu Browser uses a separate browser session. Being signed in with Chrome, Safari, or another browser does not always mean that Kachilu Browser is signed in.

Complete login only in the window opened from the SNS login step so Kachilu can use the correct session during execution.

SNS login

Complete login for every selected SNS

Open each SNS from the SNS login step. Kachilu Browser opens from the lower right, where you complete login and confirm that the SNS page is usable.

  • Select Log in for each selected SNS.
  • Complete login, passcode, or identity verification in Kachilu Browser.
  • Select Login complete for every selected SNS before creating the workflow.

When login is required during execution

If a login or identity verification screen appears while a task is running, Kachilu pauses so you can complete the required action.

  • Complete the requested login or verification manually.
  • Confirm that the intended SNS page is ready in Kachilu Browser.
  • Select Resume to continue execution.
  • If login cannot be completed, leave execution paused and contact support.
