- Sign in to Kachilu
- Create a new task
- Review AI Strategy and task settings
- Complete SNS login
- Start tasks or wait for schedules
Basic flow
Kachilu turns your business goal into a browser workflow. The setup flow is designed to keep planning, SNS login, and execution management separated.
- Open Kachilu and create a new task
- Review the AI Strategy document and generated task settings
- Complete SNS login in Kachilu Browser
- Generate the workflow after SNS login is ready
- Start tasks from the dashboard or let schedules add future work
What to check before running
Before starting execution, confirm that the task list and SNS login state match what you expect.
- Only enabled tasks can run
- Scheduled tasks run at their configured time
- Run history is updated after external actions
- Paused execution must be resumed before new work can continue
