Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how users can request deletion of personal information and Service data handled by Kachilu Inc. ("Kachilu," "we," "us," or "our").
1. What You Can Request
You may request deletion of
- Kachilu account information;
- profile data;
- workflow settings and execution history;
- support communications;
- connected-service authorization tokens;
- data obtained from connected services, where applicable;
- other personal information associated with your account, subject to applicable law.
2. How to Disconnect External Services
If the Service provides an in-app disconnect function, you can disconnect an external service from the Service settings.
After disconnection, we delete or invalidate authorization tokens and delete connected-service data that is no longer necessary, unless retention is required for legal compliance, security, audit, dispute resolution, or legitimate operational reasons.
3. How to Request Account or Data Deletion

Please include
- the email address associated with your Kachilu account;
- the type of data you want deleted;
- whether you want to delete only connected-service data or the full account;
- any information needed to identify the relevant profile or workspace.
We may ask for additional information to verify your identity and protect your account.
4. Response Time
We aim to respond within a reasonable period after verifying your identity. If a request is complex or legally restricted, we may require additional time or may decline the request to the extent permitted by law.
5. Data We May Need to Retain
We may retain certain information where necessary for
- tax, accounting, payment, or commercial records;
- legal compliance;
- security, fraud prevention, and abuse investigation;
- dispute resolution;
- backup integrity;
- enforcement of our Terms of Service;
- suppression records needed to prevent re-collection or re-processing.
