Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to use of Kachilu, including the desktop application, dashboard, workflow generation, browser-based execution, profiles, integrations, and related services (the "Service").
This policy supplements the Kachilu Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.
1. General Rule
You may use the Service only for lawful, authorized, and appropriate business purposes. You are responsible for the workflows you create, the actions you execute, the messages you send, the accounts you operate, and the data you process.
2. Prohibited Uses
You must not use the Service to
- violate laws, regulations, court orders, government orders, third-party rights, or third-party terms;
- send spam, unlawful marketing, deceptive messages, harassment, threats, or abusive communications;
- impersonate another person or organization or misrepresent your authority;
- operate accounts, websites, platforms, or systems without authorization;
- bypass CAPTCHA, login requirements, rate limits, anti-abuse systems, access controls, paywalls, or technical restrictions;
- conduct unauthorized scraping, harvesting, crawling, extraction, or data resale;
- collect or use sensitive personal information without a valid legal basis;
- discriminate unlawfully in recruiting, employment, sales, marketing, or other decisions;
- generate or distribute malware, phishing content, credential theft tools, exploit code, or other harmful content;
- overload, disrupt, damage, or interfere with the Service, third-party platforms, websites, networks, or devices;
- use the Service to create competing products or benchmark the Service without written permission;
- use the Service for any activity involving antisocial forces, sanctioned parties, or illegal organizations.
3. Outreach and Automation Requirements
When using the Service for outreach, recruiting, marketing, sales, posting, messaging, or form submission, you must
- comply with applicable anti-spam, privacy, telecommunications, advertising, employment, consumer protection, and platform rules;
- ensure that recipients and targets are appropriate for your communication;
- review generated content before sending where accuracy, legality, or reputation matters;
- respect unsubscribe, stop-contact, suppression, deletion, and correction requests;
- avoid misleading subject lines, fake identities, fake affiliation, and deceptive claims;
- use reasonable pacing and volume controls;
- stop workflows that create complaints, errors, platform warnings, or legal risk.
4. Platform and External-Service Rules
The Service may interact with third-party websites, social networks, Codex, analytics tools, payment processors, and other External Services. You must comply with all applicable External Service terms and policies.
Kachilu does not guarantee that any External Service will permit automation or continue to allow a workflow.
5. Enforcement
Kachilu may suspend or terminate access, stop workflows, remove content, restrict profiles, or take other action if we reasonably believe that use violates this policy, the Terms of Service, law, platform rules, or public trust.
