Currently a university student undertaking a second study abroad program in Malaysia. During the COVID-19 pandemic, completed an online program at HELP University while gaining experience in HR and labor-related DX initiatives through an internship at a Japanese IT company. Subsequently began on-site studies at SEGi University. Exposure to diverse working environments and talent-related issues in both Japan and overseas led to a strong interest in addressing workforce challenges, which motivated participation in an internship at BizDB Inc.
