Automatic or manual collection from publicly available information on the internet (social media, corporate websites, news releases, public databases, official gazettes, academic sites such as J-STAGE, etc.).

3. Methods of Third-Party Provision

Provision through search, viewing, and download functions on this service (Kachilu) management console, or through API integration. For such provision, security measures such as SSL/TLS encrypted communication are applied.

4. Purpose of Use

To support the following activities by service users (such as hiring companies, recruitment agencies, and corporations conducting sales activities).

  • Recruitment activities (direct recruiting, scout outreach, etc.)
  • Sales and marketing activities (lead acquisition, outreach, etc.)
  • Company analysis and market research

5. Method of Updating Personal Data

We regularly crawl publicly available internet information and reflect updates in the database when changes are confirmed.
