Clean Data Policy

Kachilu Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to providing "clean data" that customers can use with confidence, based on high ethical standards and strict legal compliance in the handling of data within Kachilu.

1. Legality and Transparency of Collected Data

We collect and analyze data only from the following reliable public sources, in ways that respect applicable laws and each website's terms.

  • Official corporate websites (company profiles, executive lists, employee introduction pages)
  • Press release distribution websites and news media
  • Business social networks (LinkedIn, Wantedly, Eight, etc.) and other public profiles
  • Public databases provided by government agencies and similar entities (e.g., National Tax Agency, jGrants)

We never purchase or use roster data that has been illegally distributed through unauthorized access (hacking), social engineering, the dark web, or similar means.

2. Information We Do Not Collect or Use (Negative List)

From a compliance and data ethics perspective, we do not collect or database the following information.

  • Sensitive personal information: race, creed, medical history, criminal history, or similar data that may cause unjust discrimination or prejudice.
  • Private communications: email body content, non-public social media posts, or direct messages.
  • Personal financial information: credit card numbers, bank account information, and personal credit information.
  • Detailed personal behavioral history without consent: regardless of opt-out rules, we do not sell or provide a specific individual's web browsing history (intent data) to third parties without that individual's consent.

3. Respect for Opt-Out Requests and Prompt Response

In accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, when an individual requests suspension of data provision (opt-out), we promptly remove the relevant data from our database. We value a balance between data utilization and privacy protection and respect individual rights and interests.

4. Data Accuracy and Freshness

We regularly cleanse the data we collect (deduplication and updates) to maintain current and accurate information. We also promote appropriate data utilization within socially acceptable boundaries, with guidance from experts.
